Directions of Use
- Power Off: Ensure the fly killer unit is switched off and unplugged.
- Remove Old Tube: Carefully remove the existing 15w fluorescent tube and the old starter.
- Install Starter: Insert the provided LED starter into the unit.
- Install Tube: Fit the Opti-Catch LED tube into the existing sockets.
- Test: Switch the power back on. The four LED chips will glow to indicate the unit is operating.
General Advice
- Magnetic Ballasts Only: This retrofit is designed for units with magnetic ballasts. It is not compatible with electronic ballast units without professional modification.
- Cleaning: To maintain maximum efficacy, wipe the tube with a dry, lint-free cloth during your regular glueboard or tray maintenance.
