ANIGENE is a multi purpose surface disinfectant, designed to provide the agricultural industry effective disinfection in high risk, high soil environments.
ANIGENE HLD4 formulation has been tested to be effective against:
- Viruses – EN14675 Bovine Enterovirus (Type 1) and EN14476: Canine Parvovirus, Feline Calicivirus, FIV, FIP, Equine Herpes, Hepatitis
- Mycobacteria – EN14204: Mycobacterium bovis, Mycobacterium terrae, Mycobacterium avium
- Fungi/Moulds/Yeats – EN1650: Aspergillus niger, Candida Albicans, Microsporum canis, Trichophyton rubrum, EN13697 Candida albicans, EN13624 Candida albicans,
- Bacteria – EN1656: Bordetella Bronchiseptica, Campylobacter jejuni, MRSP, Rhodococcus equi, Streptococcus equi
- Bacteria – EN13697: Escherichia coli, Enterococcus hirae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus
- Bacteria – EN1276: Enterococcus hirae, Escherichia coli, Listeria monocytogenes, MRSA, MRSP, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella typhimurium, staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus equi
DEFRA APPROVAL
ANIGENE HLD4ND Disinfectant has been approved for disinfection of inanimate surfaces where an approved product is required to be used under the control legislation for the following specific disease(s) orders; Poultry diseases including avian influenza, influenza of avian origin in mammals, Newcastle disease, paramyxovirus at a dilution rate of one part of this preparation plus 10 parts of water; This approval is granted under the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Orders made by the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs in England, Scottish ministers Scotland and Welsh ministers in Wales. APPLICATIONS
General Use
Wash down floors, walls and animal habitats (unoccupied) with ANIGENE HLD4ND at a dilution of 1:100
Intermediate Risk – Viruses (clean conditions)
Wash or wipe down all surfaces including worktops, sinks and animal housing (post/pre-occupations) with ANIGENE HLDND at a dilution of 1:100
High Risk / Isolation - Viruses / TB (Dirty conditions)
Wash or wipe down all surfaces including worktops, sinks and animal housing (post/pre-occupations) with ANIGENE HLDND at a dilution of 1:50
ANIMAL CAGES / KENNELS / TRANSPORT BOXES Spray surface liberally at dilution according to RISK (see above) and rinse or wipe dry
CLEANING EQUIPMENT (Mops, Brushes, Brooms, etc.)
Remove debris by rinsing and soak in 1:50 (2%) disinfectant solution for 20 minutes. Remove, rinse, leave to dry.
Grooming Tools, Food and Water Bowls, Litter Trays, etc.
Remove detritus and remove hardened deposits before soaking in 1:50 (2%) disinfectant solution for 20 minutes
Bedding / Contaminated Linen
Add disinfectant (75ml / 5Kg load) to fabric conditioner tray and wash as per manufacturers recommendation

ANIGENE HLD4V wipes can also be used to wipe surfaces and be allowed to dry.

ANIGENE HLD4ND is manufactured in accordance with quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 and is biodegradable under OECD conditions.
The HLD4 formula is Article 95 compliant and is being supported through the Biocides Products Directive.
Unopened ANIGENE HLD4ND concentrate has a shelf life of 3 years.
