Directions of Use
Filling the Tank: Ensure the unit is completely depressurized. Unscrew the heavy-duty pump assembly and pour your dry formulation into the translucent tank. Do not exceed the maximum 5kg capacity threshold.
Manual Pressurization: Firmly screw the hand pump back into the neck of the tank. Pump the handle until the red warning line appears on the safety pressure-relief valve, indicating optimum working pressure has been reached.
Compressed Air Operation: When connecting to an external air compressor, you must use an inline pressure-reducing valve calibrated to a maximum threshold of 3 Bar to prevent over-pressurization.
Handling & Application: Transport the unit safely using the ergonomic pump handle or configure the included shoulder strap for hands-free carrying. Depress the premium pistol-valve trigger to discharge dust. For smooth, uniform powder distribution, shake the tank gently at regular intervals during operation.
Depressurizing the Unit: Before opening the tank to refill, clean, or empty, completely release all stored pressure by manually lifting the pressure-relief valve pin.
Maintenance & Storage: After every call-out, empty all residual powder and blow dry compressed air through the extension tube and hose assembly to prevent moisture retention. Store in a secure, frost-free environment and regularly check wear components like rubber gaskets.
Warning:Not compatible with Nadins Hydramix Lime (including builder's lime, slack lime, pickling lime, or hydrated lime). The hygroscopic properties of these compounds trigger immediate internal clogging. Use of these products will instantly void the manufacturer's warranty.
